  Getting a call a day after your express goods are meant to have been delivered to let you know they haven't left the shop is pretty poor form. Being told you then can't get a refund when you're forced to make your own arrangements to get the goods delivered: priceless.

  I would give them no stars if I could. This is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, on multiple occasions. I have just returned from attempting pickup a parcel only to find they have given my parcel to someone else. How does that even happen? I have both the missed delivery card and my ID. I was given a number to call that is only accessible during work hours... Utterly useless. This is by far not the first time I have experienced this level of incompetence at this establishment.
